We run two types of Micros events
1. Multi-Company Events – Join a one-hour event where you'll chat with 4-8 companies, all actively hiring for your skills and experience.
2. Single-Company Bespoke Events – Deeper, more focused chats with one company, often including their tech team. These companies already want to meet you—and are ready to talk.

Are these interviews in disguise?
Haha, no! No trick questions, no pressure, no formal interviews. These are open, two-way conversations designed to see if there's a natural fit.
It's all about mutual interest — you learn about the company, they learn about you. If there's a spark, it could lead to a follow-up. If not, no sweat.
But hey, best behavior still counts. First impressions matter. 😉
Who will I be speaking to?
You'll typically connect with either the talent acquisition team or someone from the tech team—sometimes both.
Multi-company Micros events → Usually the talent acquisition team.
Bespoke, single-company events → Two separate conversations: one with talent team, one with the tech
With smaller businesses, you might even chat with founders or senior managers. We always connect you with the decision-makers and the people who matter. 🚀
Do I need to prepare for a Micros event?
No formal prep is required. But to show the best you, in the time you have, it certainly pays to be prepared:
✔ Know your story – Be ready to talk about your skills & experience in a couple of mins.
✔ Research the company – Check out their website, job postings and what they’re about
✔ Bring questions – This is a two-way chat, so make the most of it!
✔ Find synergy – Spot the overlap between what they need and what you bring
